Employees will provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work enviroment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
Receiving, processing and balancing incoming image cash letter files and remote capture deposit files.
Transmit outgoing image cash letter files to designated correspondent banks and/or exchange partners.
Keep management informed of any issues or problems.
Good PC skills, data entry and knowledge of file handling. Must be able to communicate problems and solve problems over the phone. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced enviroment.
